Shipping Details

All screenprints are carefully rolled and dispatched in heavy-duty tubes, sent tracked via Royal Mail.

As a one-person hangar operation, I process orders two or three times a week. While I aim for takeoff as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur, especially during peak periods.

Shipping Times

• UK Orders: Free Royal Mail delivery, usually 2–3 working days

• European Orders: Free Royal Mail delivery, generally 4–7 working days

• International Orders (Rest of World): Free Royal Mail delivery, typically 7–14 working days, depending on location

Important Notes for International Customers

• VAT and Import Taxes: Prices exclude VAT for orders outside the UK. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Customs Delays: Clearance may occasionally delay delivery times. These factors are unfortunately outside my control.

Returns and Reshipping

In the rare event that an item is returned due to customs issues or incorrect delivery information, I will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional postage fees may apply for the second flight.
