At Grafik Aircraft, I take great pride in the quality of my screenprints. Due to the delicate nature of these prints, I am unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact me at nick@grafikaircraft.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please provide:

Clear photos of the damage
If the print is in stock, I will send a replacement free of charge. If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

A full refund, or

A gift card for future use
Important Note
Once a print has been unrolled or handled, it becomes more vulnerable to damage and is no longer considered returnable. For this reason, I kindly ask that you inspect your artwork upon arrival and contact me promptly if there are any issues.
